🐾 Adoption Process

We want adopting a Papillon to be a joyful, exciting experience. Here’s how the process works at Peppy Papillons:

1️⃣ Apply

Reach out through our website or Facebook page to tell us a little about yourself and what you’re looking for in a puppy. We’ll happily answer questions and help you decide if a Papillon is the right fit for your family.

2️⃣ Reserve Your Puppy

To hold a puppy, please complete the short application. We require a $300 non-refundable deposit (applied toward the total price). Puppies are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit is received. 

3️⃣ Watch Your Puppy Grow

After your deposit, you’ll receive regular photo and video updates so you can watch your puppy’s personality blossom while they grow and prepare to go home.

4️⃣ Vet Check & Preparation

Before going home, every puppy receives a vet exam, age-appropriate vaccinations, and deworming. We also put together a starter kit and custom gift just for you.

5️⃣ Gotcha Day!

Puppies go to their new homes around 12 weeks old. You’ll take home your new best friend along with health records, AKC registration paperwork, and a 'doggie bag'.
